LAB 19 GmbH – (hereinafter referred to as “LAB 19”) operates the website and the web shop, which can be accessed at www.lab19.at. The data processing carried out through their use is described below.

1. Information about the collection of personal data
 
1.1. As part of the use of the website, the initiation of a contract, the fulfillment of the contract (including pre-contractual and post-contractual obligations) and to maintain customer relationships, LAB 19 processes the personal data provided by you as a customer within the framework of the legal requirements.
 
1.2. Without registering and simply using the website, the following personal data is collected:
 
IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (specific page), access status/HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, website from which the request comes, browser, operating system and its Interface language and version of the browser software.
 
1.3. LAB 19 processes your personal data to provide, improve, stabilize and further develop the website, to create usage statistics, to detect, prevent and investigate attacks on the website and to answer any inquiries (Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit f GDPR). When using the web shop, setting up a user account and using the LAB 19 services, LAB 19 also collects and stores the following personal data:
 
First and last name, telephone number, email address, payment terms and billing and delivery address (street, zip code and city), date of conclusion of the contract or start of LAB 19 community membership. To secure the user account, you must also set a secret password, which will be saved by LAB 19.
 
When paying by credit card, the respective credit card company, the card holder, the card number, the period of validity and the security code must be disclosed. Additionally, additional specific information may be required from you.
 
If the payment is made via PayPal, you must provide your email address registered with PayPal.
 
However, if the payment is made via instant transfer, the bank institution, user number and TAN must be entered.
In order to fulfill the contractually agreed obligations, including pre-contractual obligations, LAB 19 processes the necessary personal data (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
LAB 19 also processes data to strengthen existing customer relationships or to provide information about current developments and our range of services (Marketing, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit f GDPR).
 
2. Use of cookies
In addition to the data mentioned above, LAB 19 uses cookies on this website in order to continually adapt and improve the website. Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer when a website is visited. They are used to offer users additional functions on a website. 3.3. If the basis for processing personal data is based on your consent, this can be withdrawn at any time. However, this has no impact on the admissibility of data processing before an express revocation.
 
RIGHT TO OBJECT
If the basis for processing personal data is based on a legitimate interest of LAB 19, an objection can be lodged by stating specific reasons. In this case, the situation will be examined by LAB 19 immediately and, depending on the result of this examination, the processing will be adjusted or stopped or the reasons for continuing the processing will be communicated.
 
If personal data is processed for the purposes of direct advertising, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising.
 
4. Receiver
 
4.1. Personal data from visitors to the website may be transmitted to IT service providers. In order to fulfill the contract, it is necessary to involve or use external service providers, such as IT service providers, a delivery service and a bank or credit card institution, tax advisor and accountant, and personal data will be transmitted to them. The external service provider may only use the transmitted data to fulfill the specific order, for example for delivery, and is contractually obliged to LAB 19 to comply with the legal provisions.

5. Duration of storage of personal data
 
5.1. Use of the website: The personal data processed through the use of the website will be stored for a period of three months. Unless a detected attack on the website requires a longer storage period.
 
5.2. Fulfillment of contract: Your personal data will be stored by LAB 19 for as long as is absolutely necessary to fulfill contractual obligations and legal requirements. It is essential to comply with the tax retention period and to store it until the statute of limitations expires for any legal claims.
 
5.3. User account: In any case, your personal data will be stored until the user account is closed and then only for as long as legal obligations require this and until the statute of limitations for any legal claims has expired.
 
6. Newsletters
 
6.1. With your consent, you can subscribe to the LAB 19 newsletter, which will keep you informed about current offers. The advertised goods and services are named in the declaration of consent.
 
6.2. Registration is carried out using the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registering, you will receive an email to the email address you provided asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If registration is not confirmed within 24 hours, the information provided will be deleted and you will not be included in the newsletter distribution list.
 
6.3. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. Providing further, separately marked data is voluntary and is used to be able to address you personally. After confirmation, LAB 19 saves your email address and the data you provided voluntarily for the purpose of sending the newsletter.
 
6.4. Your consent to sending the newsletter can be revoked at any time. You can declare your revocation by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter email.

Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps to display map information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of the Maps functions by visitors to the websites.
